One from the vaults: Herman Martin has an occasional electronic project called .Bonk (note the dot before “bonk”) he uses for art and dance projects. These are some heavy electronic workouts from last year.
He and his partner create modules that enable them to improvise madly over heavy electronic. Unlike other music in the style, the loops change constantly, with Dada-esque lyrics thrown in as well. It makes for a very dramatic sound. Martin is best known as the composer of “Code: Lyoko”.
